How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Standard Delivery orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are dispatched on the same day (excludes Bank Holidays)

Can I track my delivery?

  • We are pleased to be able to offer tracked delivery on all orders. Tracking information will be emailed on dispatch of your order to the email address entered at the checkout.

  • For text and email updates pleasure ensure you add your telephone number and email address at the checkout. We are unable to get this information to the courier after the order has been placed.

  • Can you send my delivery to an alternative address?

     

  • We are happy to send to a work or alternative address - you can manage your address book at checkout when placing your order or anytime for subsequent orders from 'My Account' (link top right of every page).

Most deliveries will need to be signed for.

Can I change the delivery address once the parcel has been sent?

  • For deliveries sent with Royal Mail we are unable to amend the address once the parcel has left us..

Notes for all deliveries

  • You will receive an email when you place your order and another one when it's despatched.

  • All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you by the end of the next working day. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time prior to despatch. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.

  • We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
